Following the devastating earthquakes in Italy, T-mobile recently announced that they’re making calling and texting to and from Italy free of charge from August 24 to August 28. Roaming fees for customers in Italy will be waived as well. Those who call and text to and from Italy will still see regular charges on their bill, but credits will be issued for the corresponding charges.
In addition to T-Mobile Simple Choice prepaid and postpaid customers, this offer also applies to MetroPCS, GoSmart Mobile, and Walmart Family Mobile customers as well.
